[Machine] Indeed, the Ansar voted on which of their homes should host the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and Abu Ayyub cast his vote to host the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would send us the food that was given to him, and Abu Abdur Rahman Bahir bin Saad said, "He was trustworthy."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٩٩٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

إِنَّ الْأَنْصَارَ اقْتَرَعُوا مَنَازِلَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ يُؤْوِي رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَرَعَهُمْ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ فَأَوَى إِلَيْهِ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا «أُهْدِيَ إِلَيْهِ طَعَامٌ بَعَثَ بِهِ إِلَيْنَا» مُخْتَصَرٌ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثِقَةٌ
