[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called for a paper during his illness so that he could write a book for his Ummah (community) that they would not go astray after him. He said, "They will not go astray nor will they cause others to go astray while this paper is present." Omar began to speak, so he left it.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٨٢٥أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «دَعَا بِصَحِيفَةٍ فِي مَرَضِهِ لِيَكْتُبَ فِيهَا كِتَابًا لِأُمَّتِهِ لَا يَضِلُّونَ بَعْدَهُ وَلَا يُضِلُّونَ وَكَانَ فِي الْبَيْتِ لَغَطٌ» وَتَكَلَّمَ عُمَرُ فَتَرَكَهُ
