[Machine] Umar spent his life as a slave being sold, and he had wealth. However, his wealth belongs to his master who sold him, unless the buyer stipulates his own payment.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٩٦٦أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«قَضَى عُمَرُ فِي الْعَبْدِ يُبَاعُ وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَإِنَّ مَالَهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ الَّذِي بَاعَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ مَالَهُ»
