أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَكَحَ حَرَامًا»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَكَحَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

ahmad:1919 – Sufyān > ʿAmr > Abū al-Shaʿthāʾ Man Hī > Qult Yaqūlūn Maymūnah Qālaʾakhbaranī Ibn ʿAbbās

Ibn ‘Abbas said The Prophet ﷺ married Maimunah while he was in the sacred state(wearing ihram). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1844)

أحمد:١٩١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو قَالَ أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ مَنْ هِيَ؟ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَقُولُونَ مَيْمُونَةُ قَالَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ
