Abdullah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned to the Jews of Khaibar the date-palms of Khaibar and its land on the condition that they should work upon them with their own wealth (seeds, implements), and give half of the yield to Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

nasai:3930 – ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbd al-Ḥakam > Shuʿayb b. al-Layth from my father > Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet gave the datepalms of Khaibar and their land to the Jews of Khaibar on condition that they would take care of them at their expense, and the Messenger of Allah would have half of their fruits.
