قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى} [البقرة: 197]

nasai-kubra:10966 – Saʿīd b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Sufyān > ʿAmr > ʿIkrimah

[Machine] In His saying, "And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is Taqwa (consciousness of Allah)" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:197). He said, there were people who performed Hajj without provisions, so this verse was revealed, "And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is Taqwa (consciousness of Allah)" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:197).  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٩٦٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {§وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى} [البقرة 197] قَالَ كَانَ نَاسٌ يَحُجُّونَ بِغَيْرِ زَادٍ فَنَزَلَتْ {وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى} [البقرة 197]
