nasai-kubra:10299 – Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm al-Baṣrī > Khālid > Ashʿath > al-Ḥasan

[Machine] Jabir said, "When we used to travel with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, we would climb and say Takbir (Allahu Akbar). And when we would descend, we would say Tasbih (Subhan Allah)." Abu 'Abdur-Rahman Al-Hasan narrated this on the authority of Jabir from a written document, not from hearing it directly.  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٢٩٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَصْرِيُّ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

قَالَ جَابِرٌ كُنَّا إِذَا كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَصَعِدْنَا كَبَّرْنَا وَإِذَا انْحَدَرْنَا سَبَّحْنَا قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحَسَنُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ صَحِيفَةً وَلَيْسَ بِسَمَاعٍ
