muslim:442gMuḥammad b. Ḥātim And Ibn Rāfiʿ > Shabābah > And Rqāʾ > ʿAmr > Mujāhid > Ibn ʿUmar

Grant permission to women for going to the mosque in the night. His son who was called Waqid said: Then they would make mischief. He (the narrator) said: He thumped his (son's) chest and said: I am narrating to you the hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and you say: No!  

مسلم:٤٤٢gحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ وَابْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ حَدَّثَنِي وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ فَقَالَ ابْنٌ لَهُ يُقَالُ لَهُ وَاقِدٌ إِذًا يَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلاً قَالَ فَضَرَبَ فِي صَدْرِهِ وَقَالَ أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ لاَ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allow women to go to the Mosques at night." (Using translation from Bukhārī 899)  

أحمد:٥١٠١حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ وَلَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ لَا نَأْذَنُ لَهُنَّ يَتَّخِذْنَ ذَلِكَ دَغَلًا فَقَالَ تَسْمَعُنِي أَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ أَنْتَ لَا

[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Do not prevent your women from going to the mosques at night." Salim or one of his sons said, "By Allah, we will not let them take it as a deceit." The Prophet ﷺ then slapped his chest and said, "Shall I inform you about the status of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and say, 'This is what he said?'"  

أحمد:٥٠٢١حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَكُمُ الْمَسَاجِدَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ سَالِمٌ أَوْ بَعْضُ بَنِيهِ وَاللهِ لَا نَدَعُهُنَّ يَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلًا قَالَ فَلَطَمَ صَدْرَهُ وَقَالَ أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ هَذَا  

ذِكْرُ أَحَدِ الشَّرْطَيْنِ الَّذِي أُبِيحَ هَذَا الْفِعْلُ بِهِمَا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allow women to go to the mosques at night." Some of his sons objected, saying, "Do not allow them, as they may cause disturbance." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah deal with you accordingly. I say to let them go and you say not to."  

ابن حبّان:٢٢١٠أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ بِاللَّيْلِ» فَقَالَ بَعْضُ بَنِيهِ لَا تَأْذَنْ لَهُنَّ فَيَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلًا قَالَ «فَعَلَ اللَّهُ بِكَ وَفَعَلَ أَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ لَا تَأْذَنْ»
