The Apostle ﷺ woke up at night; relieved himself, and then washed his face and hands and then again slept.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ نَامَ

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) got up at night, fulfilled his need and washed his face and hand and then slept. Abu Dawud said: that is to say, he urinated
