Dua to rectify affairs and set all things aright

the Messenger of Allah used to say: "O Allah, rectify ˹my practice of˺ my Din as it is the safeguard of my affairs; and rectify my world which has my livelihood: And rectify my Hereafter upon which my after-life depends; And make the life abundant with goodness of every kind: And make my death a source of comfort for me against every evil."  

مسلم:٢٧٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْقُطَعِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونِ عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «(اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِيَ الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَاىَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي، وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ، وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ.)»

adab:668 – Abu Hurayra reported, "The Messenger of , may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to use this supplication:

'O Allah, make my deen correct - it is the support of my affairs. Make my deen correct - it contains my livelihood. Make death a mercy for me from every evil.'"

"اللَّهُمَّ أصلحْ لي دينى الذي هو عِصْمةُ أمْرى وأصْلِحْ لي دُنْياى التي فيها معاشى وأصْلِحْ لي آخرتى التي فيها مَعادى، واجعل الحياةَ زيادةً لي في كُلِّ خيرٍ واجعل الموتَ راحةً لي من كُلِّ شرٍ" .
