A believer does not undergo (the trouble) of running a thorn or more than that when Allah effaces his sins.  

مسلم:٢٥٧٢c – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ شَوْكَةٌ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا إِلاَّ قَصَّ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطِيئَتِهِ
