This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Sahl b. Sa'd as-Sa'idi with a slight variation of wording.  

مسلم:٢١٥٦c – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ وَيُونُسَ

muslim:1540d – ʿAmr al-Nāqid And Ibn Numayr > Sufyān b. ʿUyaynah > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > Bushayr b. Yasār > Sahl b. Abū Ḥathmah

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Sahl b. Abu Hathma.  

مسلم:١٥٤٠d – وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمْ  

muslim:2653a – Muḥammad b. Minhāl al-Ḍarīr > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Hishām b. Ḥassān > Muḥammad b. Sīrīn > Abū Hurayrah

Abu Huraira reported a hadith like this through another chain of transmitters.  

مسلم:٢٦٥٣a – وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ الضَّرِيرُ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمْ  

muslim:2243d – Muḥammad b. Rāfiʿ > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Hammām b. Munabbih > Abū Hurayrah

Hammam b. Manabbih reported this hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira.  

مسلم:٢٢٤٣d – وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمْ  

ahmad:24873 – ʿAlī b. Isḥāq > ʿAbdullāh > Ṣāliḥ b. Abū al-Akhḍar > al-Zuhrī > Abū Salamah And ʿUrwh > ʿĀʾishah
