Neither the call of Bilal should mislead you nor this whiteness (of false dawn) till (the true) dawn appears (or he said) till the dawn breaks.  

مسلم:١٠٩٤d – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَوَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُنْدَبٍ ؓ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ يُحَدِّثُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لاَ يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ نِدَاءُ بِلاَلٍ وَلاَ هَذَا الْبَيَاضُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ الْفَجْرُ أَوْ قَالَ حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الْفَجْرُ

"The Messenger of Allah said; 'DO not be confused by the Adhan of Bilal, or by this whiteness, until dawn appears like this" - meaning horizontally. (One of the narrators) Abu Dawud said: "And he spread out his hands gesturing to the right and left."  

النسائي:٢١٧١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَنْبَأَنَا سَوَادَةُ بْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ أَذَانُ بِلاَلٍ وَلاَ هَذَا الْبَيَاضُ حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الْفَجْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا يَعْنِي مُعْتَرِضًا  

قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَبَسَطَ بِيَدَيْهِ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالاً مَادًّا يَدَيْهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not be deceived by the call of Bilal and this whiteness, until the dawn breaks or the day breaks forth."
