The believer does not become impure

(210) bukhari:285ʿAyyāsh > ʿAbd al-Aʿlá > Ḥumayd > Bakr > Abī Rāfiʿ > Abī Hurayrah

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ met me while I was in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity), so he took me by the hand and I walked with him until he sat down. Then I slipped away, went to my lodging, performed ghusl (bath), and then came back while he was seated. He said: "Where were you, Abu Hirr?" So I told him, and he said: "Subhan Allah, Abu Hirr, the believer does not become impure."
