16.5 The prohibition of marriage for one who is in Ihram, and it is disliked for him to propose marriage

١٦۔٥ باب تَحْرِيمِ نِكَاحِ الْمُحْرِمِ وَكَرَاهَةِ خِطْبَتِهِ

(891) bukhari:1837 – Abū al-Mughīrah ʿAbd al-Quddūs b. al-Ḥajjāj > al-Awzāʿī > ʿAṭāʾ b. Abū Rabāḥ > Ibn ʿAbbās

The Prophet ﷺ married Maimuna while he was in the state of Ihram, (only the ceremonies of marriage were held).  

(٨٩١) البخاري:١٨٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ
