The Messenger of Allah said: "the earth has been made for me a place of worship and a means of purification."

ابن ماجة:٥٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَرَوِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ جُعِلَتْ لِيَ الأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The earth has been made for me a place of prostration and a means of purification, so wherever a man of my Ummah is when the time for prayer comes, let him pray.'"

abudawud:489 – ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Jarīr > al-Aʿmash > Mujāhid > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmayr > Abū Dhar

The earth has been made for me purifying and as a mosque (place for prayer).

أبو داود:٤٨٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ جُعِلَتْ لِيَ الأَرْضُ طَهُورًا وَمَسْجِدًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been given comprehensive words and the Earth has been made as a masjid (place of worship) and a means of purification for me."
