"Whoever learns about the stars, he learns a branch of magic; the more he learns (of the former) the more he learns (of the latter)."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اقْتَبَسَ عِلْمًا مِنَ النُّجُومِ اقْتَبَسَ شُعْبَةً مِنَ السِّحْرِ زَادَ مَا زَادَ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone acquires any knowledge of astrology, he acquires a branch of magic of which he gets more as long as he continues to do so.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اقْتَبَسَ عِلْمًا مِنَ النُّجُومِ اقْتَبَسَ شُعْبَةً مِنَ السِّحْرِ زَادَ مَا زَادَ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone acquires any knowledge of astrology, he acquires a branch of magic of which he gets more as long as he continues to do so. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3905)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اقْتَبَسَ عِلْمًا مِنَ النُّجُومِ اقْتَبَسَ شُعْبَةً مِنْ سِحْرٍ مَا زَادَ زَادَ وَمَا زَادَ زَادَ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "No person acquires knowledge from the stars except that he has acquired a part of magic with it. And whatever he increases, increases."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا اقْتَبَسَ رَجُلٌ عِلْمًا مِنَ النُّجُومِ إِلا اقْتَبَسَ بِهَا شُعْبَةً مِنَ السِّحْرِ مَا زَادَ زَادَ

"مَنِ اقْتَبَسَ عِلْمًا مِنَ النُّجُوم اقْتَبَسَ شُعْبَةً مِنَ السِّحْر زَادَ مَا زَادَ".
