"The Prophet ﷺ saw an old man walking between his two sons, and he said: What is the matter with him?' His sons said: 'A vow, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Let this old man ride, for Allah has no need of you or your vow."'  

ابن ماجة:٢١٣٥حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

رَأَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ شَيْخًا يَمْشِي بَيْنَ ابْنَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا شَأْنُ هَذَا قَالَ ابْنَاهُ نَذْرٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ارْكَبْ أَيُّهَا الشَّيْخُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْكَ وَعَنْ نَذْرِكَ

Allah's Apostle ﷺ found an old man walking between his two sons supported by them, whereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: What is the matter with him? He (the narrator) said: Messenger of Allah, they are his sons and there is upon him the (fulfilment) of the vow, whereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: Ride, old man, for Allah is not in need of you and your vow.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came across an old man walking between his two sons, leaning on them. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "What is the matter with this old man?" His sons replied, "O Messenger of Allah, he had made a vow, so he told him to ride, saying that Allah is rich and does not need you or your vow."
