Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone of you looked at a person who was made superior to him in property and (in good) appearance, then he should also look at the one who is inferior to him.  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا نَظَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى مَنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْخَلْقِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْهُ  

When one of you looks at one who stands at a higher level than you in regard to wealth and physical structure he should also see one who stands at a lower level than you in regard to these things (in which he stands) at a higher level (as compared to him).  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا نَظَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى مَنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْخَلْقِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْهُ مِمَّنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ  

When one of you looks at one who stands at a higher level than you in regard to wealth and physical structure he should also see one who stands at a lower level than you in regard to these things (in which he stands) at a higher level (as compared to him). (Using translation from Muslim 2963a)  

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا نَظَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى مَنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْخُلُقِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْهُ مِمَّنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مَنْ فُضِّلَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْخَلْقِ أَوِ الرِّزْقِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلُ مِنْهُ مِمَّنْ فُضِّلَ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When one of you sees someone above him in wealth and status, he should look at someone below him in wealth and status."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مَنْ فَوْقَهُ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْحَسَبِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ دُونَهُ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْحَسَبِ»  

"إذَا نظر أحدُكُمْ إلى مَنْ فُضِّلَ عليه في المالِ والجسم فلينْظُرْ إلى دونه في المالِ والجسْمِ".  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone of you looked at a person who was made superior to him in property and (in good) appearance, then he should also look at the one who is inferior to him. (Using translation from Bukhārī 6490)   

"إذَا نَظَر أحدُكُمْ إلى مَنْ فُضِّل عليه في المالِ والخَلق فلينظُرْ إلَى مَنْ هو أسفلَ مِنْه".
