ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الشَّعَرَاتِ الَّتِي وَصَفْنَاهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ فِي لِحْيَةِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ دُونَ غَيْرِهَا مِنْ بَدَنِهِ

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] did not dye his hair; his gray hair were only a little beneath his lower lip and at his temples, and a little on his head. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5087)  

ابن حبّان:٦٢٩٦أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الضُّبَعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَخْضِبُ إِنَّمَا كَانَ شَمَطٌ عِنْدَ الْعَنْفَقَةِ يَسِيرًا وَفِي الرَّأْسِ يَسِيرًا وَفِي الصُّدْغَيْنِ يَسِيرًا»
