ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ يَسِمَ فِي جَاعِرَتَيْ ذَوَاتِ الْأَرْبَعِ

ibnhibban:5623 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Muḥammad b. Thaʿlabah b. Sawāʾ > ʿAmmī Muḥammad b. Sawāʾ > Shuʿbah > Maʿmar > al-Zuhrī > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿAbdullāh > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] "That Al-Abbas had branded a camel or an animal on its face, and the Prophet ﷺ saw it and became angry. Abbas said, 'I will not brand it except on its hind legs.' So he branded it on its hind legs."  

ابن حبّان:٥٦٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ سَوَاءٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَاءٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

«أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ وَسَمَ بَعِيرًا أَوْ دَابَّةً فِي وَجْهِهِ فَرَآهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَغَضِبَ فَقَالَ عَبَّاسٌ لَا أَسِمُهُ إِلَّا فِي آخِرِهِ فَوَسَمَهُ فِي جَاعِرَتَيْهِ»
