ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ إِنْشَاءِ الْمَرْءِ الصَّوْمَ التَّطَوُّعَ مِنْ غَيْرِ نِيَّةٍ تَتَقَدَّمُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to enjoy our food, so one day he came to us and said, "Do you have any of that?" I replied, "No." Then he said, "I am fasting."  

ابن حبّان:٣٦٢٩أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُحِبُّ طَعَامَنَا فَجَاءَنَا يَوْمًا فَقَالَ «هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ؟ » فَقُلْتُ لَا فَقَالَ «إِنِّي صَائِمٌ»
