ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَالِثٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:3491al-Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad b. Muṣʿab > Abū Saʿīd al-Ashaj > Asbāṭ > Muṭarrif > al-Shaʿbī > Masrūq > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] "If the Prophet ﷺ used to sleep in a state of janaba (a state of impurity after sexual intercourse), Bilal would come to him and give the call to prayer, then he would get up and perform ablution. I saw water dripping from his hair, then he would fast for the day." Mutarrif said, "I asked Al-Sha'bi, is this in the month of Ramadan?" He said, "In the month of Ramadan and other months, it is the same."  

ابن حبّان:٣٤٩١أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُصْعَبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«إِنْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِيَبِيتُ جُنُبًا فَيَأْتِيهِ بِلَالٌ فَيُؤْذِنُهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَيَقُومُ فَيَغْتَسِلُ فَرَأَيْتُ تَحَدُّرَ الْمَاءِ مِنْ شَعْرِهِ ثُمَّ يَظَلُّ يَوْمَهُ صَائِمًا» قَالَ مُطَرِّفٌ قُلْتُ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ؟ قَالَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ وَغَيْرُهُ سَوَاءٌ

“The Prophet ﷺ used to spend the night in a state of sexual impurity, then Bilal would come to him and inform him that it is time for prayer. So he would get up and have a bath, and I would see the water dripping from his head, then he would go out and I would hear his voice during Fajr prayer.” (One of the narrators) Mutarrif said: "I said to Amir: 'Was that during Ramadan?' He said: 'In Ramadan and at other times.'"

[Machine] "If the Prophet ﷺ used to sleep in a state of junub (ritual impurity) and Bilal called him for the Fajr prayer, he would get up, perform ablution, and I would see the water dripping from his skin and hair. Then, I would hear his recitation during the Fajr prayer, and he would remain fasting." Mutarrif asked, "Was this during Ramadan?" He replied, "Yes, it was the same for him."
