NASAI-KUBRA 3244:
from Ibn Namir Wāsmuh ʿAbd al-Raḥman —
[Machine] Abu Abdur-Rahman did not report anything except for the Walid, as far as we know. Al-Zuhri said, "Saeed bin Al-Musayyib informed me on the authority of Abu Huraira who said, 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'If one of you is being cursed while fasting, let him say, 'I am fasting.' This is to prevent the person from responding to the one who is cursing him while he is fasting.
