الحاكم:٧٩٨٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو يَحْيَى السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْإِمَامُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَنْبَأَ عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ «مِيرَاثُهُ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ رُوَاتُهُ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مرسل
