[Machine] "We stayed overnight at our house with Abu Qatada, then a shooting star passed by, so we followed it with our eyes. He stopped us and said, 'Do not follow your eyes, as we have been prohibited from doing so.'"  

الحاكم:٧٧٧٣أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ

تَعَشَّيْنَا مَعَ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ فَوْقَ ظَهْرِ بَيْتٍ لَنَا فَانْقَضَّ نَجْمٌ فَأَتْبَعْنَا أَبْصَارَنَا فَنَهَانَا وَقَالَ «لَا تُتْبِعُوا أَبْصَارَكُمْ فَإِنَّا كُنَّا نُنْهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
