[Machine] A woman came to Aisha asking for something and she had with her two young boys. So she gave her three dates and gave each of the boys a date, while she kept one date for herself. The boys then ate the two dates and she split her date in half and gave each boy half a date. Then, the Prophet ﷺ came and she informed him about what happened. He said, "What impresses you about her? Surely, Allah has shown mercy to her through the mercy of her children."  

الحاكم:٧٣٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَكْرٍ الْعَدْلُ ابْنُ ابْنَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ تَسْأَلُ وَمَعَهَا صِبْيَانٌ فَأَعْطَتْهَا ثَلَاثَ تَمْرَاتٍ فَأَعْطَتْ كُلَّ صَبِيٍّ تَمْرَةً تَمْرَةً وَأَمْسَكَتْ لِنَفْسِهَا تَمْرَةً فَأَكَلَ الصِّبْيَانُ التَّمْرَتَيْنِ فَعَمَدَتْ إِلَى التَّمْرَةِ فَشَقَّتْهَا نِصْفَيْنِ فَأَعْطَتْ كُلَّ صَبِيٍّ لَهَا نِصْفَ تَمْرَةٍ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ فَقَالَ «وَمَا يُعْجِبُكَ مِنْهَا لَقَدْ رَحِمَهَا اللَّهُ بِرَحْمَتِهَا صَبِيِّهَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

[Machine] A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ with her young children. The Prophet ﷺ asked about her family and she said that she only had three dates. So he gave her the dates and she gave one date to each of her children and kept one for herself. Her children started crying, so she took the date and split it into two halves and gave each child one half. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Mothers who are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking care of their children are merciful towards their children. If it wasn't for the fact that they need to come to their husbands, they would enter Paradise solely based on their prayers."  

الطبراني:٧٩٨٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ حَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ زِيَادٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَمَعَهَا صِبْيَانٌ لَهَا فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَهْلَهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدْ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَ تَمَرَاتٍ فَأَعْطَاهَا إِيَّاهُنَّ فَأَعْطَتْ كُلَّ صَبِيٍّ تَمْرَةً وَأَمْسَكَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَبَكَى صِبْيَانُهَا فَأَخَذَتْ تِلْكَ التَّمْرَةَ فَشَقَّتْهَا نِصْفَيْنِ فَأَعْطَتْ هَذَا نِصْفًا وَهَذَا نِصْفًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «حَامِلَاتٌ وَالِدَاتٌ مُرْضِعَاتٌ رَحِيمَاتٌ بِأَوْلَادِهِنَّ لَوْلَا مَا يَأْتِينَ إِلَى أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ دَخَلَ مُصَلِّيَاتُهُنَّ الْجَنَّةَ»
