[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever among you is better in speech in Arabic, should not speak in Persian, for it only leads to hypocrisy." Among those who lied about this was Amr Ibn Haroon, as stated by Ibn Mu'een, and the majority of scholars abandoned him.  

الحاكم:٧٠٠١ – مَا حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَمْرٍو سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ الْمُطَّوِّعِيُّ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ بِبَلْخٍ ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ هَارُونَ ثَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْسَنَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ فَلَا يَتَكَلَّمَنَّ بِالْفَارِسِيَّةِ فَإِنَّهُ يُوَرِّثُ النِّفَاقَ» وَمِنْهَاعمرو بن هارون كذبه ابن معين وتركه الجماعة
