[Machine] "You will not write it (the Quran) nor make it a Quran, but rather preserve it (its teachings) as we have preserved. Then he said another time, 'Take from us as we have taken from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ .'"  

الحاكم:٦٣٩٣ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ قَالَ قُلْنَا لِأَبِي سَعِيدٍ إِنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُنَا بِأَحَادِيثَ مُعْجِبَةٍ وَإِنَّا نَخَافُ أَنْ نَزِيدَ أَوْ نَنْقُصَ فَلَوْ كَتَبْنَاهَا قَالَ

«لَنْ تَكْتُبُوهُ وَلَنْ تَجْعَلُوهُ قُرْآنًا وَلَكِنِ احْفَظُوا عَنَّا كَمَا حَفِظْنَا» ثُمَّ قَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى «خُذُوا عَنَّا كَمَا أَخَذْنَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»
