الحاكم:٥٩٩٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «فَضَالَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ النَّاقِدِ بْنِ صُهَيْبِ بْنِ جَحْجَبَا بْنِ كُلْفَةَ بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ وَأُمُّهُ ابْنَةُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أُحَيْحَةَ بْنِ الْجُلَاحِ مَاتَ بِدِمَشْقَ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَخَمْسِينَ وَفِيهَا مَاتَ أَخُوهُ زِيَادُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ

وَيُقَالُ بَعْدَهُ بِسَنَةٍ»
