الحاكم:٥٨٩٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْهَرِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ ثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَابْنِ عَيَّاشٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ «أَقَامَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ عَشَرَ سِنِينَ وَمَاتَ فِي سَنَةِ خَمْسِينَ فَضَمَّ الْكُوفَةَ مُعَاوِيَةُ إِلَى زِيَادٍ» وَقَدْ صَحَّتِ الرِّوَايَاتُ

أَنَّ الْمُغِيرَةَ وَلِيَ الْكُوفَةَ سَنَةَ إِحْدَى وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَهَلَكَ سَنَةَ خَمْسِينَ
