[Machine] Hassan ibn Thabit stayed in Talahta, and he did not leave anyone. He stayed when the Prophet greeted, and when all the people left and they disappeared, protecting the Prophet's dwelling. The enemy approached him and he rejected them, covered in blood, fearing that they would say he sought revenge, they refrained.  

الحاكم:٥٦١٧حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ قَالَ

حَسَّانُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ فِي طَلْحَةَ وَمَا حَاشَى أَحَدًا [البحر المنسرح] أَقَامَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ النَّبِيُّ وَإِذْ وَلَّى جَمِيعُ الْعِبَادِ وَانْكَشَفُوا يَدْفَعُ عَنْ مُهْجَةِ النَّبِيِّ وَقَدْ دَنَا إِلَيْهِ الْعَدُوُّ وَارْتَدَفُوا مُضَمَّخٌ بِالدِّمَاءِ مُهْجَتَهُ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ قِيلَ ثَارَهُمْ عَطَفُوا
