[Machine] I said to Al-Abbas, ask the Prophet ﷺ to appoint you for charity. So, he asked him and the Prophet ﷺ said, "I am not supposed to appoint you for washing away people's sins."  

الحاكم:٥٤٣٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ ثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ لِلْعَبَّاسِ سَلِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنْ يَسْتَعْمِلَكَ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ «مَا كُنْتُ لِأَسْتَعْمِلَكَ عَلَى غُسَالَةِ ذُنُوبِ النَّاسِ» صحيح
