[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "One day, you will attack a man wearing a cloak who is giving allegiance to the people of Jannah." So, I attacked Uthman, who was wearing a cloak made of fine wool and giving allegiance to the people.

الحاكم:٤٥٣٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْأَشْعَثِ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَوَالَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ تَهْجُمُونَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُعْتَجِرٍ بِبُرْدَةٍ يُبَايِعُ النَّاسَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ» فَهَجَمْتُ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ مُعْتَجِرٌ بِبُرْدٍ حِبَرَةٍ يُبَايِعُ النَّاسَ

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
