الحاكم:٣٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ وَمَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

«الِاقْتِصَادُ فِي السُّنَّةِ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ الِاجْتِهَادِ فِي الْبِدْعَةِ» رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ
