[Machine] He said, "These two rivals disputed about their Lord." [Al-Hajj 19] He said, "This verse was revealed about us and those who participated in the Battle of Badr; Utbah, Shaybah, and Walid."  

الحاكم:٣٤٥٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِمِصْرَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأُمَوِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ {هَذَانِ خَصْمَانِ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي رَبِّهِمْ} [الحج 19] قَالَ «نَزَلَتْ فِينَا وَفِي الَّذِينَ بَارَزُوا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ عُتْبَةَ وَشَيْبَةَ وَالْوَلِيدِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى إِخْرَاجِهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
