[AI] "O father, hire him, indeed the best among those you can hire is the strong and trustworthy." (Qur'an 28:26) And Abu Bakr, when he emerged in Umar's era.

الحاكم:٣٣٢٠ – حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا وَكِيعٌ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ أَفْرَسُ النَّاسِ ثَلَاثَةٌ الْعَزِيزُ حِينَ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ أَكْرِمِي مَثْوَاهُ عَسَى أَنْ يَنْفَعَنَا أَوْ نَتِّخِذَهُ وَلَدًا وَالَّتِي قَالَتْ

{يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ} [القصص 26] وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ حِينَ تَفَرَّسَ فِي عُمَرَ

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم
