الحاكم:٣٢٢ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحَاكِمُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ إِمْلَاءً فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِينَ وَثَلَاثِ مِائَةٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْفَهَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

«أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِذَا جَلَسُوا كَانَ حَدِيثُهُمْ يَعْنِي الْفِقْهَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقْرَأَ رَجُلٌ سُورَةً أَوْ يَأْمُرَ رَجُلًا بِقِرَاءَةِ سُورَةٍ»  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مَوْقُوفٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ» على شرط مسلم
