The Messenger of Allah ﷺ having said: Allah, Most High, says: "I make a third with two partners as long as one of them does not cheat the other, but when he cheats him, I depart from them." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3383)   

الحاكم:٢٣٢٢ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ثنا أَبُو حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ «أَنَا ثَالِثُ الشَّرِيكَيْنِ مَا لَمْ يَخُنْ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَإِذَا خَانَ خَرَجْتُ مِنْ بَيْنِهِمَا» وَ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

suyuti:5310a –

السيوطي:٥٣١٠a –

"إِنَّ الله تَعَالى يَقُولُ: أَنا ثَالِثُ الشريكَينِ مَا لَمْ يَخُنْ أحَدُهُما صَاحِبَهُ؛ فَإِذَا خَانَهُ خَرَجْتُ مِن بَينِهِمَا".
