hakim:2283 – Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > al-Rabīʿ b. Sulaymān > ʿAbdullāh b. Wahb > Makhramah b. Bukayr from his father > ʿImrān b. Abū Anas > Abū ʿAyyāsh > Saʾalt Saʿd b. Abū Waqqāṣ > Āshtirāʾ al-Sult Bi-al-Ttamr > Saʿd Abaynahumā Faḍl > Naʿam > Lā Yaṣiḥ > Saʿd

[Machine] And Saad said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about buying fresh dates with dried dates. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Is there any difference between the two?" They said, "Yes, fresh dates are lesser in quantity." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "Then it is not permissible."  

الحاكم:٢٢٨٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَيَّاشٍ يَقُولُ سَأَلْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ اشْتِرَاءِ السُّلْتِ بِالتَّمْرِ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ أَبَيْنَهُمَا فَضْلٌ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ لَا يَصِحُّ

وَقَالَ سَعْدٌ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ اشْتِرَاءِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَبَيْنَهُمَا فَضْلٌ؟» قَالُوا نَعَمْ الرُّطَبُ يَنْقُصُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَلَا يَصِحُّ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «
