[Machine] "O Abdullah, did you buy it?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Did he explain to you what is in it?" I said, "And what is in it? It is a visible fat and healthy." He said, "Did you intend to use it for travel or intended to use it for meat?" I said, "I intended to use it for Hajj." He said, "Return it." Then its owner said, "You only wanted this, may Allah rectify you. It would have caused me harm." He said, "Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'It is not permissible for anyone to sell something unless he clarifies what is in it, and it is not permissible for anyone who knows that to conceal it.'"  

الحاكم:٢١٥٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَقِيهُ بِالرِّيِّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْأَزْرَقُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سِبَاعٍ قَالَ اشْتَرَيْتُ نَاقَةً مِنْ دَارٍ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ فَلَمَّا خَرَجْتُ بِهَا أَدْرَكَنِي وَاثِلَةُ وَهُوَ يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ فَقَالَ

يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ اشْتَرَيْتَ؟ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ بَيَّنَ لَكَ مَا فِيهَا؟ قُلْتُ وَمَا فِيهَا إِنَّهَا لَسَمِينَةٌ ظَاهِرَةُ الصِّحَّةِ؟ قَالَ أَرَدْتَ بِهَا سَفَرًا أَوْ أَرَدْتَ بِهَا لَحْمًا؟ قُلْتُ أَرَدْتُ بِهَا الْحَجَّ قَالَ فَارْتَجِعْهَا فَقَالَ صَاحِبُهَا مَا أَرَدْتَ إِلَّا هَذَا أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ تُفْسِدُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَبِيعَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا بَيَّنَ مَا فِيهِ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمَنْ عَلِمَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا بَيَّنَهُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

[Machine] "O Abdullah, did you buy it?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Did he clarify what is in it for you?" I said, "What is in it?" He said, "It is a healthy and apparent fat one." He then said, "Did you intend to travel with it or to have meat?" I said, "No, I intended to perform Hajj with it." He said, "Then there is a hole in its hoof." He then said, "May Allah rectify you, why would you hide anything from me?" I said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: 'It is not permissible for anyone to sell something without clarifying what is in it, and it is not permissible for anyone who knows about it, to hide it.'"  

أحمد:١٦٠١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سِبَاعٍ قَالَاشْتَرَيْتُ نَاقَةً مِنْ دَارِ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ فَلَمَّا خَرَجْتُ بِهَا أَدْرَكَنَا وَاثِلَةُ وَهُوَ يَجُرُّ رِدَاءَهُ فَقَالَ

يَا عَبَدَ اللهِ اشْتَرَيْتَ؟ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ هَلْ بَيَّنَ لَكَ مَا فِيهَا؟ قُلْتُ وَمَا فِيهَا؟ قَالَ إِنَّهَا لَسَمِينَةٌ ظَاهِرَةُ الصِّحَّةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ أَرَدْتَ بِهَا سَفَرًا أَمْ أَرَدْتَ بِهَا لَحْمًا؟ قُلْتُ بَلْ أَرَدْتُ عَلَيْهَا الْحَجَّ قَالَ فَإِنَّ بِخُفِّهَا نَقْبًا قَالَ فَقَالَ صَاحِبُهَا أَصْلَحَكَ اللهُ مَا تُرِيدُ إِلَى هَذَا تُفْسِدُ عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ يَبِيعُ شَيْئًا أَلَّا يُبَيِّنُ مَا فِيهِ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمَنْ يَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ أَلَّا يُبَيِّنُهُ

[Machine] Has it been clear to you what is in it? I said, "What is in it is apparent fatness and health." He said, "Did you intend it for meat or did you intend it for a journey?" He said, "I rather intended it for hajj." He said, "Indeed, inside its hoof is a hole." He said, then its owner said, "May Allah rectify your intentions, why would you spoil it for me?" He said, "Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever sells something, it is not lawful for him until he clarifies what is in it, nor is it lawful for the one who knows that to conceal it.'"
