[Machine] "Abu Huraira said: 'When I die, do not lament over me, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was not lamented over.' This statement attributed to Abu Huraira is very strange, except that Uthman Al-Ghaffani is not one of the conditions of our book here."

الحاكم:١٤١١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي إِمْلَاءً ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْغَطَفَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ قَالَ

أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ «إِذَا أَنَا مُتُّ فَلَا تَنُوحُوا عَلَيَّ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُنَحْ عَلَيْهِ» هَذِهِ الزِّيَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ غَرِيبَةٌ جِدًّا إِلَّا أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ الْغَطَفَانِيَّ لَيْسَ مِنْ شَرْطِ كِتَابِنَا هَذَا
