The martyrs of Uhud were not washed, and they were buried with their blood. No prayer was offered over them. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3135)  

الحاكم:١٣٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَهُ

«أَنَّ شُهَدَاءَ أُحُدٍ لَمْ يُغَسَّلُوا وَدُفِنُوا بِدِمَائِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَلَّ عَلَيْهِمْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَقَدْ أَخْرَجَ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَحْدَهُ حَدِيثَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ لَيْسَ فِيهِ هَذِهِ الْأَلْفَاظُ الْمَجْمُوعَةُ الَّتِي تَفَرَّدَ بِهَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
