[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever kills a person who has a treaty with the Muslims, unjustly, Allah has made Paradise forbidden for him. The smell of its fragrance can be found from a distance of five hundred years." As for the saying of Yunus bin Ubaid on behalf of Al-Hakam bin Al-Araj  

الحاكم:١٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدُونَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ثنا أَبُو يُوسُفَ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقُلُوسِيُّ ثنا شَرِيكُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا وَرِيحُهَا يُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ خَمْسِمِائَةِ عَامٍ» وَأَمَّا قَوْلُ مَنْ قَالَ يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ
