[Machine] "If a woman is menstruating during prayer time, she does not have to make up the missed prayers." Abu Muhammad said, "Yaqub is the son of Al-Qa'qa', a judge from Marw, and Abu Yusuf is a Meccan scholar."  

الدارمي:٩١٩حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ

«إِذَا حَاضَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا الْقَضَاءُ» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «يَعْقُوبُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْقَعْقَاعِ قَاضِي مَرْوٍ وَأَبُو يُوسُفَ شَيْخٌ مَكِّيٌّ»
