[Machine] "To be elevated," they said, "These copies of the Quran are elevated, so what about what is in the hearts of men?" He said, "It is written on their left side at night, and they wake up poor, forgetting the saying 'There is no god but Allah,' and they fall into the words of ignorance and their poetry, and that is when the fate comes upon them."
أَنْ يُرْفَعَ» قَالُوا هَذِهِ الْمَصَاحِفُ تُرْفَعُ فَكَيْفَ بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ الرِّجَالِ؟ قَالَ «يُسْرَى عَلَيْهِ لَيْلًا فَيُصْبِحُونَ مِنْهُ فُقَرَاءَ وَيَنْسَوْنَ قَوْلَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَيَقَعُونَ فِي قَوْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَأَشْعَارِهِمْ وَذَلِكَ حِينَ يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلُ»
