الدارمي:٣٣٤٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ

عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي لِلرَّجُلِ بِالْوَصِيَّةِ فَيَمُوتُ الْمُوصَى لَهُ قَبْلَ الْمُوصِي قَالَ «هِيَ جَائِزَةٌ لِوَرَثَةِ الْمُوصَى لَهُ»
