الدارمي:٣١٥١ – حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ أَوْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ فِي أَوْلَادِ الزِّنَا قَالَ

«يَتَوَارَثُونَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْأُمَّهَاتِ وَإِنْ وَلَدَتْ تَوْأَمًا فَمَاتَ وَرِثَ السُّدُسَ»
