[Machine] "I presented my case to Ali regarding a father who passed away without leaving anyone but me and his master. So, Ali gave me half, and he gave his master half."  

الدارمي:٣٠٥٧حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ شَمُوسَ الْكِنْدِيَّةِ قَالَتْ

«قَاضَيْتُ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فِي أَبٍ مَاتَ لَمْ يَدَعْ أَحَدًا غَيْرِي وَمَوْلَاهُ فَأَعْطَانِي النِّصْفَ وَأَعْطَى مَوْلَاهُ النِّصْفَ»
