[Machine] About a man who freed a slave and then the man died and the master died, leaving the freed slave with his father and son. The freed slave said, "To his father belongs such and such, and what remains belongs to his son."  

الدارمي:٣٠٥٣حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ فَمَاتَ وَمَاتَ الْمَوْلَى وَتَرَكَ الْمُعْتِقُ أَبَاهُ وَابْنَهُ فَقَالَ «لِأَبِيهِ كَذَا وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِابْنِهِ»
